Terricka's Tips: How To Prepare A Fast & Healthy Lunch

We make 6 lunches per day....


So you can imagine how much I've mastered the sport of packing lunches :) Here are some small tips that will help getting you out the door on time and the kids having healthy options.


Pre Packaged Snacks (Goldfish packets; Pirates Booty 4oz bags)

Hot lunch in a thermos (soups, last nights dinner, salads fit great)

Pack the snacks the night before (best tip everrrrrrr!!!)

Pack a fresh fruit (bananas are great, healthy and easy)

Bottled water is a MUST!! (we try to stay away from the sugary drinks)


In my kitchen headed to do drop off and head to the gym!
